Not entirely satisfied with your online purchase? That's understandable! You can return the products within 14 days after the purchase. Please use the return form for this purpose.

Refund:

You will receive the purchase amount back to the payment method you used during the purchase. As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank or chosen payment method, it may take some time before you actually receive the money from us.

Return Shipment:

The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. This also applies to the costs of the initial shipment if you don't return the entire order.

Color Differences:

All our cushions are handmade, which means our colored cushions are also hand-dyed. It's a unique process where each cushion is made with great care. This can result in color differences between, for example, two "identical" cushions. We want to bring this to your attention and, as a result, we cannot accept cushions with minor color variations for return without cost. However, you can still return the cushion under the usual return conditions.
